"I stayed here for 4 nights in April, I feel safe, comfortable and quite. A room was so clean, there's a housekeeper to change our towels, and take out the garbage everyday (If we allow them come inside a room) and one day a housekeeper make our bed as well. It was nice! The hotel's location is not far from Shinjuku station, can walk about 800-900 m. (Not sure). So, everything was nice for us.\n\nThe staff or reception was nice to us.\n\nBut one thing I was wondering, In the morning, why is the escalator going down when I need to go up? I have to walk up while it's going down. 🤨 On day one, when I got to the hotel, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. This thing i'm really wondered."

"The place was very close to the Shinjuku train station, check in and out was done with the machine and the included breakfast was amazing. Although the space is small it is enough for solo travelers and that's pretty much the standard of many Tokyo hotels."

The hotel's location is not far from Shinjuku station, can walk about 450 m. So, everything was nice for us.\n\nAnd about the TV. I'd suggest, should have international chanels. I was trying to change and watched international movies but I can't. I need to watched Japanese chanel and mostly is the news channel without subtitles 😅\n\nBut one thing I was wondering, In the morning, why is the escalator going down when I need to go up? I have to walk up while it's going down. 🤨 On day one, when I got to the hotel, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. This thing i'm really wondered.\n\nAbout the staff...or the receptionist are pretty welcome, especially one staff (the foreigner staff) we met when we were check-in, she was very helpful with our check-in precess, and another day we never meet her again while we stayed here.\n\nLastly...., everything was ok for us with this hotel.\n\nI hope I can come back again in one day. 😁"
