"I spent 4 nights here. The staff were extremely professional and polite. Even though the staff speaks English, I (purposely) had all of my interactions in Japanese and the staff were very patient and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot too.\nThe immediate area is a little bit grungy, but it is not unsafe by any means. Also, you need to walk a few minutes to find anything as the only thing close by is a Ministop.\nThank you for making my time in Tokyo very pleasant!"

"The room is small for someone traveling with a 50 lb luggage but it is good for the price. I booked a room here because I thought it was close to the Tokyo Station. It is reasonably close but not so when you're lugging a 50 lb bag in the rain! A cab would have been better. The staff in the lobby is super nice. They handed me a towel when I walked in soaking wet. I reserved a room with additional breakfast. The staff in the dining room was very courteous. My only gripe is that the floor of the restroom is elevated by ~8". Wlth a threshold it makes it a little hazardous for an old man."
