"The hotel has a convenient place which is near Haneda airport and many small supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Room has normal area but well-equipped for guests. The check in check out time is a bit strange, especially 10 AM for check out. Staffs are friendly and helpful but not so many. They called breakfast is light but actually it is a big one. One plus point is every corner of the hotel has a view to the airport."

"Among the more western of the budget friendly hotels in Japan I've been to. I stayed here for one night and it was a pleasant experience on the whole. Check in was done through machines that supported English, which was nice, especially late at night when I arrived.\n\nThe bed was very comfortable, but only one pillow was provided. Its firmness was pleasant to me, but people who like softer pillows might be disappointed.\n\nWhen I came into my room the TV was off. Later, when I was taking a bath, the TV turned itself on and started playing. Very disconcerting. I realise that the TV was probably in some hotel sleep mode rather than actually off, but this wasn't a great moment when I was trying to relax."

"Isn’t a bad hotel at all. The staff were friendly and the rooms aren’t bad at all. The bedding is comfortable. In summer and winter Japan, the aircon is very nice. Inside rooms are a 4K Sharp TV. The shuttle is very convenient, offering a easy access to airport. Only problems are the charge ports being wobbly. Also the reading light button was a bit flimsy, must’ve been damaged by someone else or wear and tear."
