"I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world—some amazing, some not so much. This place is not bad at all. It’s not the fanciest by Japanese standards, but it’s one of the cheapest private spots you can find in Tokyo. You get what you pay for.\n\nIt gave me and my partner exactly what we needed: a bed to sleep in and a place to keep our stuff. Mostly clean, though a few spots could use a better scrub—but nothing major.\n\nThe staff isn’t around much, but honestly, you only need them at check-in. The location’s decent if you don’t mind a bit of walking.\n\nWould I bring my family here? Probably not. But if you just need a simple place to crash, it works. If you’ve stayed in a motel or cheap hostel, you’ll be okay."

"My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. Aesthetic of the entry way was really funky and had a cool vibe.\n(Just be prepared for the overwhelming smell of musty feet, that you eventually get accustomed to as you walk through front door).\nThe hotel had a great concept, however, the execution was quite poor.\nThe provided room slippers that only came in one size (which was quite small) and made walking up the steps difficult.\nIn our room on inspection of the window sills there is some black mold.\nThe room was small (but that is what was excepted and mentioned in the advertising).\nOn not so close inspection, you can clearly see blood and other stains on the previously white bed sheets.\nIf you were after privacy, don't worry you have none. The sound proofing between rooms is poor, and out in the hallway is worse (if I could speak French, I would've joined my neighbours conversation). Just be ready for some relativity obvious gaps in-between the floor and ceiling of the door.\nThe plumbing fixtures and fittings in the showers were loose. There was floor to ceiling patches of black mold, there are fans but they don't really ventilate the shower rooms. There was an offered bathtub, but there was no way to fill it enough hot water before it got cold again.\nThe postive side, it was cheap and quite close to a train line (12min walk)."

"Honestly its a nice small hotel worth what im paying for. Solo traveller so my room is spacious enough for me to open a L luggage and a S luggage. Nearest train station would take 12mins walking though theres a nearby bus terminal sooo its a WIN.\n\nCons:\n-As i mentioned above I have an L and S luggage and my room is on the 3rd floor. Sooo have to carry it and stairs is a bit small i think.\n-Slipper size for use inside the hotel. Small and anyone can use it freely. Soooo thats that.\n\nOverall experience. Ive got what i paid for and a nice experience and sleep so still 5/5"
