"Love this hotel and would definitely come here again.\n\nChecking in was easy even though there was a language barrier. We just showed our passports and and our info and had our room. Very thankful for the easy process.\n\nOnce we got to our room, everything was clean. And it was good value for the room. Staff cleaned our room nicely even though it was messy.\n\nThis hotel was very close to multiple metro stations, the Pokemon Center, and convenience stores. In addition to this, on the day we were checking out, they held our luggage for us and watched it while we shopped our last day. They also had lots of luggage lockers, but our luggage was a little too big for it, but convenient for smaller bags.\n\nGood service and friendly staff. Thank you!"

"Good location. Two subway stations are within 10 minutes walking distance. Room is clean, with compact space for 3 travellers. Staffs are polite, helpful. Some of them speak English that are life savers for us who barely speak any Japanese."

"Rooms are not very big but still ok for Japanese standards. The rooms feel maybe slightly less nice then what you see in the pictures but you have all you need. The breakfast is not very extensive but very tasty fish options nicely presented in small plates make it still one of the better breakfast options we had. One note on the elevators: only two and no stairs (except in case of fire) can get easily congested if there is a large group but most of the time it is adequate. When congested everyone gets frustrated and pushes up and down buttons making it worse and you are confronted with full elevators. We had this twice in the morning"
