The location is excellent, in a quiet and less touristy area, yet very well connected to metro and train stations. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything super convenient.\n\nThe staff was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me at every moment. I even forgot an item in the room after checking out, and they kindly notified me and kept it safe until I returned.\n\nThe reception area offers 24/7 access to various amenities, which was a great plus.\nThe room was the ideal size – very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a baby crib, and access to a food vending area, microwave, and laundry machines.\n\nI truly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo — it exceeded my expectations!"

"Room is designed functional and optimised although not very big. Interesting appliances provided including Dyson hairdryer / air purifier and portable back massager and numerous power access points for convenience. Room furnishing new and comfortable with comfortable sleepwear provided. Location is great right on top of Gotanda station with dining and convenience stores. Great experience staying for 3 days. Additional bonus of self service washing/dryer services at level 8. Staff also very helpful in assisting us to arrange luggage delivery services."

"We are very satisfied with the room and our stay. The room was quiet, clean, and well equipped. The surroundings were pleasant and convenient. The room size and space was very good! We stayed for 6 nights and the house keeping makes sure we had clean towels and pajamas everyday. I liked the touch of having water cans provided every day, but very sad that the house keeping didn’t stock up for us on our last night. I don’t know why this had happened since they have been doing so well on providing everyday. Is it because they saw our large bottle of water that was set aside still half filled? But we drink a lot of water every day so we still would appreciate that the water cans were provided. It was very much appreciated that they brought us the water cans very efficiently after my phone called to the front desk. Other then this very minor incident, I still highly recommend this hotel to everybody!"
