"The good thing is that the atmosphere of the room was cute and I felt that it was an Instagram-worthy hotel!\nThe amenities were good, the hairdryer and mirror were usable without any complaints, and the shampoo was also good!\nHowever, it was sometimes unmanned, so it was difficult to check in and check out (especially when I searched for the checkout name, but it didn't come up when I searched for it), I couldn't leave my luggage before 3:00 pm, and I was concerned that the sheets were worn out and had pilling and hair on them.\nAnd number one, when I came back to my room in this cold weather, the air conditioner was broken and wouldn't turn on.\nIt was unmanned, so I couldn't talk to the front desk person, there was no phone number listed, and when I emailed them, I didn't get a reply because it was late at night, so I was in a lot of trouble.\nI spent about an hour worrying about whether or not I should go ask my friend and the neighbor if it was only my room that didn't have an air conditioner, and I searched Chiebukuro for information on how to fix the problem.\nAnd just in case, we'll write down the methods we tried!\n[Go out into the hallway and there is a breaker in the center. I turned off the breaker where it says air conditioner, waited 3 seconds, and then turned it back on]\nThen, the air conditioner was restored! The heating was on so I didn't have to go through hell.\nIf you have something similar, please try it!\nI hope you have a wonderful stay on your trip!"

"Excellent location right in front of Omotesando intersection.\nI was able to check in using my smartphone in advance, which was convenient and allowed me to enter the room smoothly.\nIt looks like it has just been renovated and the interior is very nice and clean.\nThere were various things like microwave ovens and washing machines, which was helpful.\nYou can walk to Harajuku and Shibuya, so I think it's very convenient for sightseeing!"
