Ici Hotel Asakusabashi

"Great hotel experience! We stayed here at the tail end of our honeymoon and it was the absolute right choice. First of all, the ground floor hosts a dog-friendly cafe filled with adorable local pets during the day, which was adorable! More importantly however, the service here is top-notch. The staff are friendly, multilingual, and took every opportunity to go above and beyond to be accommodating and help make our stay as easy and relaxing as possible. I’d recommend this hotel just based upon the quality of the staff and service, but the rooms are also very nice and cozy with great views. They are typical tiny Tokyo hotel rooms, but there’s lots of outlets and shelving which helps make the space more functional."

"Quaint boutique hotel near stations, eateries and convenience stores. Best part of it all is it being pet friendly and getting to see adorable pets throughout different times of the day!! Staff are super friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Luggage forwarding is possible here, very fuss free. The room is incredibly tiny as expected even for a small person like me (151cm) but it is very comfortable and sufficient! It was also very quiet to my surprise. Really had a wonderful stay"

"Located in the suburbs but steps away from two major subway lines (JR Asakusabashi station and Asakusa subway line) and with 711/supermarket right next door, this hotel was such a lucky find (we also stayed at their sister location near Haneda airport on our flight back home from Tokyo). Asakusabashi station's west exit is literally a block away. Definitely book through the hotel's website for a discounted price on the stay.\n\nWe went with the standard twin room as the deluxe bed seemed too cramped for two to share comfortably. Space is indeed tight in the room and there was barely enough space to open up the 3 luggage cases we brought along but it was cozy! This hotel is dog friendly but I didn't hear any noise at all during the entire stay. It was a nice touch to see dogs and puppies each morning as we walked through the lobby. There was also daily house keeping which was nice.\n\nFront desk was super helpful the entire stay. They helped us store our luggage on our first day before we could check in and brought it to our room before returned to the hotel. They also helped us to order a taxi to Disney Sea.\n\nThere was a microwave and two washing/drying machines in the lobby. It's not like American dryers so instead we went to a 24 hour laundromat that was a few minutes away to do our laundry.\n\nNext trip, I would definitely stay here again!"
