"Great staff! Always smiling and ready to assist your needs. Hotel was clean and in very convenient location. 10 minute walk to train station, close to restaurants, laundromat located within 1 block. Rooms are small however bathroom was spacious. Very deep tub good for soaking after long day sightseeing. Water was always hot with good water pressure in shower. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is a clean, quiet, tidy hotel. We booked a queen room wasn’t as small as others might describe. Never had any issue with noise whatsoever. The pillows were weird hard and very small. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. About a 15 min walk to the train station. Very close to the fun nightlife and next door to a 7-11 and other convenience stores"

"First time in Tokyo and stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Shinjuku. Room is kind of small but I've been told it's normal for Tokyo. For enough space, we moved some furniture and stored our luggage under the bed. Bathroom is spacious enough so no issues there. Within walking distance to Kabukicho and plenty of things to see at night. Hotel provide tons of amenities such as hot beverage sachets and even pajamas. Convenience stores are aplenty with a 7-11 right beside the hotel. A coin-operated laundry is also nearby if you wish to do laundry. Overall, a pleasant stay for our 1 week trip in Shinjuku."
