"This is our honey moon trip,but we had a terrible experience.\n\nThe hotel room is very small, and there's not enough space to fully open a suitcase. The bed is smaller than a standard double, and the pillows are also quite small.\nThe bathroom door is difficult to open.\nThere is no bottled water, no cups for rinsing, no razors, and no tea bags provided in the room.\nThe only bar of soap provided looked old and worn.\nThe bathroom is extremely cramped.\nThe hotel did not inform guests of the room cleaning schedule. I hung the "please clean" sign on the door, but no one came to clean the room.\nThe hotel entrance is not secured—any stranger can walk in freely, which raises serious safety concerned."

"The toilet was extremely dirty. We've explained the situation to the staff before checking-in asking to clean the toilet. Later when we returned, the toilet was still uncleaned. There's also no staff in the building, it was extremely difficult looking for help. I would definitely not recommend this hotel."

"Extremely disappointing – not as advertised!\n\nI stayed here for 5 nights and was very disappointed. The room was extremely small – nothing like the photos shown during booking. Despite staying multiple nights, the room was never cleaned or tidied up, not even once. Some hotels clean from the 4th night onward, but here it didn’t happen at all.\n\nI contacted the owner via Booking messages, clearly explaining that I was given the wrong room and asked to be moved. His only repeated reply was: “This is your order.”\n\nThere was never anyone at the reception during our stay. In fact, one night someone was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Anyone could walk in and out – it felt very unsafe.\n\nThe washing machine was filthy, and the towels we received were half clean at best. There was no wardrobe or desk in our room, even though these were clearly mentioned in my reservation.\n\nI've contacted Booking.com's customer service and even they are being ignored by the hotel. The only positive was the location. But overall, I would not recommend this place at all. Make sure to double-check everything before booking"
