"We had reserved 2 bookings both for the twin room and the queen room for our stay with a split between both. We stayed the 13th and 8th floor, both had a view of the wharf and at night it was quite pretty.\nIf you’re looking for somewhere that’s easily accessible via public transport and away from the hustle and bustle of crowded places Shibuya this is the perfect place.\n\nVery friendly staff both English and Japanese speaking with many cafes near by (Moriva is a great place for coffee and a quick bite to eat), there’s a family mart downstairs and 3 stations all within a 5-10min walk.\nWashing machine/dryer for all your needs, luggage storage for use if needed as well - a nice peaceful stay, arigatou gozaimasu!"

"If you're coming from Haneda airport take the monorail to the last stop called Hamamatsucho station, this is also where you can take the monorail back to Haneda airport. Once at the station take the North exit and turn right, walk about 10-15 minutes depending on your stride, when you see the Family Mart take the next right, there's a sign there too, and turn right again to enter the hotel. The check in process was fast and the clerk to check in was helpful. There's an array of toiletries like toothbrush with toothpaste, razor, face towel, there's also pajamas! The room is a decent size with space below the bed to store your suitcase. The bathroom is a bidet and shower. Overall a great stay, quiet, convenient location to the JR station and to the Asakusa line."

"Decent hotel, but wouldn’t stay again if we were in Tokyo. We found that the hotel was slightly too far away from where we wanted to go most days. It was about 10 minute straight walk to the station, which wasn’t too bad, but the train journeys were about 20 mins and the walk on top at the end of the long days were something we didn’t look forward to. Though, it was close to Ginza & Tokyo Tower and it was a nice business district area. For some people this is a minor issue if the area itself is nice.\n\nOther than that, the room was clean and modern. It was small but having a bathroom made it feel bigger. The bed was comfy, with storage space under the bed. Shower was nice with high pressure. There was self check in & out but reception helpful if needed them. Breakfast was just pastry and free coffee / tea, nice addition but we weren’t too bothered as there was a FamilyMart on the ground floor.\n\nIf you aren’t bothered about location, I’d recommend this hotel but if you want to go to Shinjuku / Shibuya maybe stay somewhere slightly closer :)"
