"Same price as APA Hotel its a bit expensive for a small hotel. It's not a Business Hotel. Wifi is very slow. It keeps getting cut off to almost no connectivity. We came here working with laptop, so internet is a bit of a problem. We take a vacation atleast 3x times a year in Japan. This is the slowest internet so far.\n\nStaff is very nice and helpful. They always try to help you. Thank you!"

"I didn’t like how this property Misrepresented price( posted price on site is way cheaper then website) almost 1/2 what I paid. They misrepresentation the hotel type ( it was a sleezy love motel). They rent rooms by the hour. How dirty it was. The sheets are plastic and slide off. it’s weird how you are treated like a kid and they will not let not let you leave the property with the key, you have to turn it in, even if you are going next door for coffee. You have to check in( again) to receive your key. You have to do this everytime you leave. The walls were super thin and you could hear people talking, watching TV, etc. huge gaps Beneath and above door. Extremely cramped bathrooms. Also nothing was provided, no water, no coffee, internet did not work. Overall horrible experience, attempted to cancel my stay but due to “policy” they wouldn’t let me pay for the first night and go somewhere else. Be ware…. DO NOT BOOK HERE."

"I was given a room that was a smoking room, even though I booked a non smoking room. When I asked about it at the front desk they said they prepared a non smoking room for me. However it smelled of smoke and had a sign asking guests to not smoke on the bed. They had no other room to give me. Also the room was directly in front of the check-in counter. I could hear people at the counter and outside if I turned off the fan in the room. I had to put carmex in my nostrils to block the smell so I could sleep as it started ti make me feel sick."
