"I went as a solo traveler and was confused with the “Adults only” tag. This is a typical Japanese hotel which they claim as a “Love Hotel.” But do not allow this to discourage you, I felt completely comfortable at this hotel, it had a karaoke room for 4-5 people and an area to sit down and relax. It is also used as a day time rate hotel. I paid much more for this hotel than the going rate which was 9,800 yen per night, but I got excellent service, so friendly and kind staff and some extras like drinks. The room was comfortable and large enough to open my suitcases. It is generally not used for people staying as long as I did (6nights), but it was close to the ShinOkubo station and right in Japan’s Korean town hub. Walking distance to the Golden Gai and lots of shopping."

"I used the Number 308 from 1 am to 1pm st 19th august.\n\nWell first of all it was not a good experience, and doesn't seem like an 3 stars hotel its expensive for what they offer.\n\nAbout our experience, when we enter to the room we've found some cleaning tissues that they forget inside of the room but we didn't care that much, after that we want it to use the karaoke, we went to the first floor for asking about it, There was a guy with glasses his attitude was too much bad, when i asked if we can use the karaoke room in (Japanese) He said do you have reservation? and i said we don't but room is free, than he started to talk like than you can't use it, i said can we make reservation? he said you can't. So should we sign some international agreement with Japanese government for using your karaoke room is this a joke or something?\nDisguisting experience."
