"I cannot say enough about this darling hotel - contemporary, spotlessly clean (I am very wary about cleanliness in hotels but this felt so clean), with everything you need for a reasonably priced stay. All the details are so well thought out - from the coffee downstairs to the slippers and hygiene packs. The staff are all so sweet especially to families. The quiet location is close to walking streets full of restaurants. Would stay here again a heartbeat."

"This contemporary no frills hotel was perfect for our stay in Tokyo for our family.\n\nThe hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and everything was very clean.\n\nThe front of house staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, they are only around until 23:00.\n\nThe room size was ideal for my family. There was plenty of space for my wife and I along with our 3 little ones (aged 8, 5 and 7 months).\n\nThere wasn't any cupboard or storage space to put our clothes so we had to utilise the sofa for all our clothes.\n\nThere is a water dispenser but it was only on the ground floor or 3rd floor so sometimes it was a bit annoying to keep going up and down to top up our water.\n\nThere are coin operated laundry machines but again only on ground or third floor which was a bit annoying as I had to keep going up and down to wash our clothes.\n\nAlthough there is no breakfast restaurant, they do offer guests the ability to purchase croissants which was great as this was all we needed as a quick morning pick me up before starting our day and they tasted great!\n\nThere are also plenty of amenities nearby such as a 7/11 or a supermarket for all your shopping needs.\n\nThe hotel has good location and there are a couple of different train stations that are within a 10 minute walking distance which was very convenient.\n\nOverall, despite the inconveniences, we loved this hotel during our stay in Tokyo and would happily stay here again."

"We made a booking through booking.com. The room we were shown in the photos was not the same room we got. The room we got was smaller and didn’t have the same layout of the room in the photos. The room we got was pretty small, like two bodies have to press together to pass one another in the space outside the bed. If you have more than one backpack you’d be severely limited for space\n\nEDIT: in response to hotel’s comment - I looked at the photos a gazillion times before we arrived so I had a very clear sense of what the room was supposed to look like before we got there. It looks like they updated booking.com to reflect the variation in the economy rooms, so now the website does show the room we got."
