"The hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers! The rooms are alright, featuring a cozy tatami setup that adds a touch of traditional charm. Its prime location—just a 3-minute walk from Ueno Station—makes getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, Ueno Park is only a 10-minute stroll away, perfect for enjoying the cherry blossoms in season. With plenty of eateries nearby and a team of friendly, welcoming staff, this hotel offers both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended! Wifi in the room is bad, toilet is really small and they don't provide water bottles in the room, and you got to get it from the lobby."

"Location is perfect. 1 minute walk to Ueno station, 10 minutes walk to Keisei Skyliner to Narita airport, many restaurants & shopping nearby. 10 minutes walk to Ueno park.\nFront desk service was very nice. Check in at 3PM & checkout at 10AM. They kept our luggage at the front office when we came early and also when our flight home was later in the day. Room was very small, but we expected that. It was very clean and new. I think we were in a newer wing of the hotel as we used a different elevator than the main Bldg. At first wifi was very bad in the room, but when I talked to the front desk, they gave me a wifi extension plugged in the RJ45 connector in the room, then wifi worked perfectly and very fast. There were slippers in the room, but we preferred new disposable ones, so we asked front desk for them.\nOverall, we were pleased with our stay here at the hotel."

"Small budget hotel with dated rooms but somehow still feels homely. There is an electric blanket but not v sure if line is working lol. Housekeeping will provide a bag witj clean towels if you don't need housekeeping for the day and opt for change of towels.\n\nCheckout at 10am so you can hear that next room getting noisy around 8-9am ...(walls are thin). They can hold your luggage for you for the same day.\n\nLocation is great ..Quick minute to the JR/metro station which I appreciate after a long day of walking outdoors. 5min to ueno park which is great for sakura season but it also meant paying a high price for a budget hotel like I did. Lol\n\nFemale guest receive a complimentary pack with a sheet mask ,hair care and bath capsule for soaking."
