"Rooms were not only tiny and super noisy... but the soundproofing was very very bad, you can hear people from the adjacent rooms talking and also people walking out in the corridors. Staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful if you have any questions. Location is great, just minutes walk to Inaricho station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. If you like Hot Springs, there is a public bath between the station and the hotel"

"I was disappointed with my stay. Despite booking the rooms five months in advance and staying for five nights, I was assigned a room on level 2, which 0was not ideal. Additionally, the electric kettle provided was rusty, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable, which further affected my overall experience."

"The room is quite large compare to other hotel in the area with the value price. The room is clean but the bathroom is a bit old and the toilet is a bit dirty. Some smell from the water pipe when I entered but later on that smell was gone. The amenities are provided in the lobby area.\n\nThe location is very good. It near inaricho ginza line station and near supermarket named Maruetsu. Convini in the area are Family mart, lawson.\n\nIf you use Keisei Skyliner it would take about 15-20 mins walk to the hotel. 15 mins walk to Ameyoko market 10 mins walk to JR ueno station.\n\nThe location of the hotel is quiet and peaceful. So it give good relaxation. And can see Skytree from in front of the hotel. I got the corner room it looks as the picture.\n\nThe staffs are very nice, welcoming with smile, fast service. You can store the luggage before check in and after check out with no cost. They even help me store the luggage for five days when I was away from town :)"
