"**Location:** Perfect balance - far enough from the chaos of Shinjuku Station to be peaceful, yet within easy walking distance. Surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and beauty services. Centrally located for exploring Tokyo's major districts.\n\n**Room:** Very comfortable bed with strong AC - spacious by Tokyo hotel standards and very clean. The small couch was perfect for opening large suitcases, a thoughtful design touch for travelers. Good value for what you're getting.\n\n**Unique Features:** The bathroom has an elevated step-up design which may seem unusual but is part of the room's layout. Windows are frosted for privacy (the hotel is adjacent to a peaceful cemetery, which actually keeps the area quiet).\n\n**Amenities & Service:** Front desk provides complimentary toiletries including toothbrushes, towels, and slippers. Coin-operated washer and dryer available on one of the floors with no wait time during my stay. Most staff speak English well and are friendly. They offer luggage storage after checkout, though late checkout incurs hourly fees.\n\nA solid choice for travelers wanting good value, cleanliness, and a convenient Shinjuku location without the noise."

"We had a roof top room with 3 beds and a huge balcony. It's was great views and fresh air, a little bit different to what you'd expect from a city hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of eateries around the hotel and not too far to walk to Kabuki area and trains etc."

"The hotel is fine. It’s like any other Japanese business hotel. Don’t get the breakfast if you want a Japanese breakfast. The hotel restaurant is a separate business and they serve western or “Asian” breakfast (they seemed to suggest it could be Indian curry and naan). There’s a place nearby that serves a lovely breakfast for 400-600yen."
