"Excellent service the front desk staff are extremely accommodating and very helpful. Stayed in the room with the bunk beds and it easily slept 6. It’s across the street from a grocery store which is also very handy. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay around the Tokyo Dome area."

"Decent enough hotel in Iidbashi. Reasonably close to train station - 10 min walk. We were a family of 3 staying in a studio room. Rooms are small, clean and adequate. The hotel is on a quiet street and there’s a supermarket across the road. Decent enough hotel however not really heartland Tokyo and not that much to do in the area so use as a base and catch a train to everywhere else eg 30 mins to Shinjuku station.\n\nLaundry facilities in the basement and very reasonable price to use."

"Before arriving at this hotel, I’ve read mixed reviews about the condition of the rooms, the staff’s service and the locale of the hotel and was quite worried I may have chosen the wrong hotel to book for my first night in Japan. I even panicked when I read that the type of room I booked was not on a lift-accessible level and I will likely have to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs! My anxiety was for naught after all. Since the hotel was remodeled into Hotel MYSTAYS from the previous Flexstay Inn, everything has improved greatly. The front desk is professional, efficient and polite, handling my check-in process within minutes. Every floor is lift-accessible, and the lift carriage can accommodate up to 3-4 pax with 3 large suitcases. My room is 20sqm, but adequate for a family of 3 adults. The room is clean, hygienic and comfortable with fresh linens (from the looks of it, haha). WIFI is provided, of course, and it is smooth. The bathroom is a bit compact though, and for someone who is tall, it can be a bit inconvenient to shower or manoeuvre around. I am 6ft tall, and when I stepped into the bathtub shower, I can graze the ceiling vent if I tiptoe. But this slight inconvenience is “compensated” by the complete set of toiletries provided, and honestly, this is the first low-cost hotel I’ve stayed in which will provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even face and hand soap, complete with individually packaged toothbrush sets etc. What a pleasant surprise! As the hotel is situated in what I believe to be an office district, it can be a bit quiet in the evening. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, but the nearest convenience store still required a bit of walking. The nearest street of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and FamilyMart or Lawson stores are at least 450m from this hotel, so we had to walk out for dinner.\n\nOverall, my family and I loved and appreciated the experience, especially since this is our first time in Japan. A great start I would say!"
