"Great location right by Gotanda Station (both JR and Metro lines) making it super convenient for travel. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfy beds with a pretty large room size ( triple room )\nand all the essentials. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in is smooth.\n\nPerfect for both business and leisure stays. With good amenities and reasonable prices, it’s one of the best choices in Gotanda. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was decent and it was in a good location. There’s a family mart connected to it, which was convenient for quick meals and snacks. The main problem was it didn’t have air condition even though the website stated that it did… It didn’t. The room was extremely hot and one of the windows were broken and we couldn’t open it, but the other window did open, but then it was hard to sleep because there’s a subway train that comes by every 5 to 10 minutes so it was very difficult to sleep due to traffic and city noise.\n\nNow let’s talk about sleep, they only give you one very small pillow and one firm foam pillow. I went to the front desk on three different occasions to ask for more pillows and I was told no they don’t offer that service. Then I asked could I get a pillowcase to cover the decorative pillow which was made of corduroy and they said no again. I’m in my 50s and I’ve been staying in hotels for a long time and I don’t understand a hotel with 15 floors not having an extra pillow or a pillowcase. Unfortunately, for our family, this was a major problem. But if you like it hot and you don’t need pillows, you probably will be fine."

"Conveniently located across the street from Gotanda Station and connected to Family Mart, Hotel MyStays is a basic hotel with lots of convenience. I liked the coin washers and dryers on my floor. Plus, there were so many restaurant options nearby. Rooms had thin walls, so I heard train and commuter noise. Overall, I had a good stay."
