"Great value for money. Simple but it has everything we needed. Super clean. Quiet. Enough space to put a couple of large suitcases. Bed was comfy. Aircon worked really well. Vending machine. So close to the train station. Convenience stores near by. We stayed here for an early flight and used the hotel shuttle bus service to the airport which was good."

"Out of all the hotels that I stayed in during my trip, the rooms here were definitely the largest! The only downside is that it's super far from the city center so if you miss the train, then you have to wait quite a while for the next one.\n\nStayed here my last night in Japan in order to get to the airport early as it's super close to Haneda airport. In fact, one of the best perks is that they offer a free morning airport shuttle. You just need to reserve the time the day before. The airport shuttle was super convenient! The bus driver helped us load our luggage cases onto the bus and then we were off! We got to the terminal in under 10 minutes I think.\n\nI don't remember if there was a laundry room but there definitely wasn't a microwave. Which is fine since it's close by to a few convenience stores, restaurants and a pharmacy."

"Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast (for additional charge). Desk staff is very helpful. Rooms are very small (not surprisingly) but comfortable. Furnishings and fixtures are up to date. Breakfast is a freshly-prepared, extensive buffet of both Japanese and American breakfast items. The location is a block from the KK line, direct from the Haneda Airport. However, the entrance is basically a back alley and was hard to find in the rain. Note that trains returning from Tokyo sometimes skip the Otorii stop -- we found this out the hard way. We stayed two nights."
