"One of the best airport hotels I've ever stayed at and I fly often like 12 days a month. As most Japanese business hotels, or hotels in general, everything was perfect. We got an awesome View of the airport and the shower was massive and the room was a corner room so it was bigger than all the others. I stayed at the regular rooms also and they are just as nice. Not tight and cramped like traditional Japanese hotels. One amazing aspect of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. Absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and excellent but that's what every Japanese Hotel I've been to."

"We stayed here in between domestic and international flights, and we were very impressed. We stayed in one of the larger rooms which was enough space for 2 adults and a young child. Everything was clean, with plenty of amenities. The location was super convenient. The breakfast was great. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant but it looked ok was open till 10pm, and there was a convenience store open till 11pm nearby. Tully's is across the road if you'd prefer a light breakfast or just coffee rather than hotel breakfast buffet. Would stay again."

"Great location, few minutes from the airport, taxi, bus, monorail, subway or walk. They have a free shuttle in the morning.\n\nThe service was top notch. We were met by a gentleman at reception that sent our bags to the room until check in. He was very helpful and knew how to make a guest feel welcome.\n\nLocated beside two lines. Both go to helpful locations and have easy access to larger stations.\n\nBeside the hotel is a 7/11 knock off that’s open till 1800 on weekends (get snacks early). It’s a business park area with a number of off brand shops and local services. They have a rooftop free foot spa, sit back and watch the planes.\n\nThe rooms were small. Had to shuffle beside the bed to get in. Tiny even. But they’re jam packed with stuff, well stocked bathroom. All the bits and bobs you need, two types of bath salts to pick from. Coffee, water and stylish postcards for free. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fine.\n\nGreat spot for plane spotting too. Will stay again next time but will get a larger room."
