"Really perfect place\nAmazing location in the heart of Korean town and 7 min walk from the heart of shinjuku\nSmall super equipped rooms with everything u need\nExtremely clean\nCoffee tea cookies in the hallway,\nAnd very nice and welcoming stuff.\nFor the price and the value\nUnbeatable\n\n*other reviews I red before complained about the noise ,for me it was quite enough"

"Stayed for 3 nights and felt it was perfect for a lone-female traveller.\nLocation is 2 mins from Shin-Okubo station which has great links to the rest of Tokyo. You have to walk down a side street from the main road but I felt totally safe and comfortable - it’s well lit and there’s always people around so it’s nothing bad or dodgy.\nBed was comfy, room is small but works for a lone-traveler (I was in 301) - i had space to store my luggage closed and would just open up as and when I needed to change etc.\nusb plug by the bed and another plug on the desk.\nAc unit - I didn’t need to use it but was good it was there if needed.\nBathroom is compact but clean and functional. They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap. Shower pressure is powerful and lots of towels provided plus a robe and slippers.\nThere is also a mini fridge in the room.\nThey also provide free water (hot/cold), tea and other small amenities.\nCheck in and out was simple, staff are really lovely.\nI couldn’t transfer my luggage to next location from the hotel but i just did it from the nearby 7/11.\nNoise wise - you can hear the station but the trains stop after midnight but start up again around 5:30 - this wasn’t an issue for me as I’m used to noise but if you’re sensitive they do have ear plugs - but personally it wasn’t bad and I slept well.\nThere is no lift but they staff carried my luggage up to my room when I arrived and fortunately it wasn’t that heavy for me to carry back down.\nWould stay here again!"
