"I stayed overnight.\n\n・I couldn't make a reservation for the open-air bath even right after checking in.\n\n・The tablet frequently froze.\n\n・I checked to see if there were any cancellations on the waiting list, but I couldn't make one.\n\n・The service at the front desk was catastrophic. I read the reviews and it seems that the same opinion was expressed by someone 3 months ago, but it seems that they haven't improved. It was the first time I've been treated like that, with no "Welcome" and no guidance.\n\n・The only good thing was that when I called the morning before, the person who answered was very nice. However, I think it's a problem that the service varies so much from person to person.\n\nDo you know what hospitality is?\n\nThe fact that the bath in the room is a unit is a problem, so I can't say anything good about it.\n\nThis is my second time using this hotel, but I don't think I'll go again. I think it's only the location in Shibuya that keeps it going."

"I used it for an overnight stay.\nTo put it bluntly, it's the worst. I don't want to go there again.\nFirst of all, the staff\nThat's too unfriendly. It's just scary. Since this is my first time using the service, there are many things I don't understand, so even when I ask questions, I only answer in a troubled manner. I don't feel well.\n\nNext, shared facilities\nI reserved a private sauna, but I was told it would take an hour to heat up, so I thought they were heating it up, but nothing was done. The reservation time ends just by waiting for it to warm up.\nIt is better not to expect other shared facilities.\n\nnext room\n・When using with 2 or more people, only 1 bottle of water is provided even though you have made a reservation. ←I don't know if I'm being too greedy, but this was my first time.\n・Full of dust\n・iPad freezes\n\nAll in all, it was a terrible feeling.\nI'm at the level where I want my money back."
