"Our stay started well. The location was convenient and the price reasonable. However, on the last night we stayed (we chose to leave 11 days early), everything changed in a terrifying way.\n\nAround 2:30 AM, we were abruptly awakened by what sounded like a woman screaming for help, followed by unsettling activity in the hallway involving several men. We were so frightened we didn’t dare leave our rooms to seek help downstairs, especially since we were on the top floor. Staying silent felt like the only option.\n\nWe tried repeatedly to reach the front desk by phone, but every call went straight to voicemail despite the hotel’s claim of 24/7 service. When we finally spoke to the manager the next day, it was clear they were not properly trained, especially in handling guest safety concerns. Instead of support or understanding, we were met with a dismissive and condescending attitude, which only deepened our distress.\n\nIf I were the one screaming and a guest raised concerns or asked for a check-up, I would expect more urgency and care, simply from one human being to another. That basic compassion was completely missing.\n\nWe did not get any sleep that night and spent the following day distressed, scrambling to find a new hotel. We ended up paying over $2,000 for new accommodations on top of the $3,000 we had already paid. Knowing we might lose the money, we still made the difficult decision to leave early because we did not feel safe or heard.\n\nThis was one of the most unsettling and frightening experiences I have had while traveling. I share this not to alarm, but to warn others, especially solo travelers and women, that this hotel failed to provide a safe environment and basic care.\n\nI sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes immediate changes to prevent others from enduring what we went through."

"Unclean room and towels, there were too many mosquitoes in the first room I checked in for, after moving into a replacement room, there were still mosquitoes, so it was really terrible, the bed linen and towels are not very clean, blood stains, hair and much more… The situation improved after a clean up, but it was still very disappointed in the beginning. Though, the hotel staff are generally very helpful, especially the elder lady at the front desk at late night, a very friendly and enthusiastic lady!"

"The property is a basic room with a bed and full bathroom, as expected, nothing fancier. It is convenient and affordable for an overnight stay. We stayed 1 night, probably would not stay longer, though you'd be fine if it suits your needs.\n\nLocation was convenient, property was generally clean (but not perfect). Realistically, this should be a 3-4 star review, but some of the 1 star reviews here are unnecessarily harsh, so I'm being generous.\n\nBe careful when booking, the property has smoking and non-smoking rooms. You will not enjoy a smoking room if you're a non-smoker.\n\nEdmon at the front desk was helpful in getting our group checked in and making sure we had what we needed. Thank you Edmon!"
