"We recently stayed at Hotel Livemax Nihombashi Ningyocho and accidentally left behind valuable item in our room. Since checking out, we have tried multiple times to contact the hotel via phone and messages, but they have completely ignored us. It’s incredibly frustrating that a supposedly reputable hotel does not even bother to respond to its guests.\n\nAdding to the disappointment, we noticed that the hotel seems to hire only foreign workers instead of local staff. While there is nothing wrong with hiring foreign employees, it became clear that many of them were either poorly trained or not equipped to handle guest concerns properly. This might explain why customer service is so lacking.\n\nIf you expect a hotel to be responsive and professional, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning."
