"While the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The room was quite cozy, which some may enjoy, but it did feel a bit cramped.\n\nThere was a slight lingering scent of cigarettes in the room, and I did find some cigarette butts under the bed, which was a bit surprising. The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as there were some dust and dirt in certain areas.\n\nThe furniture in the room seemed a bit dated and worn, but it was functional. The biggest downside for me was the size of the bed, which was a bit small for two people to sleep comfortably.\n\nOverall, the hotel has its charms, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement to make for a more comfortable stay."

"Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Toilet does not flush properly. Old, dirty room. Inconvenient wall outlets. Light switch knob broken on lamp. The first room I had had a noisy heater so they gave me another room right away. Check-in took half an hour since there was some confusion on their part. Manager is attentive but incomprehensible, perhaps part of a non-democratic group that is against Western values. Overpriced. Will not frequent this chain ever again."
