A truly genuine and helpful person who went as far as to courier some items that we had left in the hotel. We thank you for your hospitality and making our stay in Japan worth it."

"Hello,\n\nMy partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande. The customer service was excellent—staff were respectful, friendly, and spoke English well, making communication easy. I called the front desk to ask if I could borrow a Type-C charger, and they personally delivered it to my room on the 14th floor, which I really appreciated.\n\nI would have given a 5-star rating, but I’m giving 4 stars because of the breakfast buffet. The food was cold and not properly warmed. I’m a big eater, if the food is good, I usually have two or three plates. But this time, I only had one plate because most of the food was cold, and the croissant was dry.\n\nOn a positive note, the room had an amazing night view. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. No issues, no broken items, and no bugs. Although the room was small, we didn’t mind.\n\nThe location is great, with the subway, restaurants, convenience stores, and taxis all within walking distance. Also, the location is nice and very quiet and not a lot of busy traffic\n\nOverall, we had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area!\n\nEdit: Eh, other than the food, I'm going to give it a 5 star because they took care of us very well and we do look forward to our stay next time we visit in Japan."

"Overall a pretty decent hotel. It's in a great location, and nice and quiet. You are super accessible to the metro system so you can get around everywhere. The only reason they lost 2 stars is the rooms are beyond small, to the point you struggle to move around through it and have to get creative with storing your stuff. The dryer in their laundry room is not great either, paid $16 for an 1.5h dry time and my stuff was still soaking wet. Their TVs are a little outdated too, so had to watch on my laptop when trying to relax in the room. The mini fridge is not good at keeping things cold either. You can also just pick up the room safe and walk out with it if you really want. I would recommend it for price wise, I just don't think I would stay here again in all honesty due to the size of the rooms."
