"Really like this hotel. I would stay here again.\n\nGood: You can control temp from the room. Many hotels in Tokyo, the air is controlled by the hotel so it's nice you can be comfortable to your liking.\n\nThe location was really good. Very close to Ueno station. Very easy to get to and check in/ out is very simple. Very helpful staff. They held our luggage for us after we checked out so we were not hindered while waiting for our train show time.\n\nThe OK: breakfast was meh. Not much selection, not very tasty and the dining area was tiny. But they allow you to take food to your room so OK. The elevators can get finicky. One time, ours called emergency call before we pushed anything. Little unnerving. The price isn't worth the size of the room.\n\nThe bad: the beds are not soft. They actually are a bit painful to sleep on. The size of the room is not great. If you have a full luggage or multiple, good luck getting it open. The room is basically a bed. There's a chair but if there's two of you in the room, you don't get to use it.\n\nStill, I would return."

"Absolute joke. The size of the room is 2 meter by 2 meter, which makes the room 4 square meter. A spacious coffin is bigger. Shame on you!! The bathroom all together is the size of an European bath tub. It should be illegal to sell these rooms as "double room" according to their website. Most awful experience in a hotel, ever. Would not return to this place under any circumstances. Avoid it like plague!!!!!"

"Very value for money.\n\nRooms were small but felt very cozy and had everything I needed. It was very quiet at night and the bed was very comfy. The pillows have both a hard and soft side, though I very much prefer the soft side. Oh, and they're super clean\n\nBreakfast was limited in variety but tastes good. I liked their sourdough and crossaint. The breakfast hall gets fully occupied quite early, so come down as early as you can, although they allow you to bring breakfast up to your room.\n\nService was excellent! Checking in and out was fuss free.\n\nThey have two washing machines that are almost always used during the evening. I washed my clothes in the middle of the night when they were not in used by others guests.\n\nLocation was fantastic! It's only a minute walk to ginza line and a 3 to 5 minute walk to the yamanote line. There are 3 convenience stores nearby (7-11, family mart and Lawson).\n\nOne downside however would be the weak wifi. However, it's enough to scroll social media and watch YouTube in 480p\n\nFor under 10,000 yen per night, it's well worth your money. I'll definitely be staying here again if I have the chance"
