"We booked this hotel for our last night in Tokyo before heading home. It's convenient to and from Haneda airport.\n\nThe lobby and lounge are nice and feel modern. The rooms definitely feel older and in need of updates. Our first room was not very clean, with dust and mold in the shower but switching rooms wasn't a problem. The second room was much better.\n\nIt was no problem leaving our luggage after checking out either. And they even allowed us to stay in the lounge for a couple of hours after check out. Very friendly staff, decent English."

"I booked this hotel and was not given the room originally booked. Santos was the receptionist at the front desk. He was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful! Upon trying to clarify what was booked vs what was reserved, Santos told me while talking with another receptionist that "you don't have to stay here, go home!" He said all this in front of other guests. When asked for management, I was told no manager was on duty. However, being adamant, a manger came out to further assist.\n\nI ended up negotiating back and forth for 3 hours with the manager through google translate, and had to call United Vacation Packages the booking agent to clarify. I still did not get the room originally booked, but United did offer a percentage refund.\n\nI would not stay at this hotel again, definitely would not recommend it."

"Very pleasant five nights stay with friends for exploring Tokyo. Okay close to Tamachi station, Mita and another station. So it's easy to get around. A good number of restaurants and bars in the area. Good and plentiful breakfast both Japanese and western style. Comfortable lounge at second floor with coffee and vending machines. Good to gather after a way in the city."
