"Around 3 a.m., we were jolted awake by water dripping onto our bed from the AC unit above. Half of the bed was soaked. When we went to the front desk, the staff member acted like we were inconveniencing him and only came up after some serious pushing. His solution? A few pieces of tape on a leaking AC unit. Shockingly, that didn’t stop the leak.\n\nThey told us there were no other rooms available, only to later admit there was one—a smoking room, which we obviously couldn’t take since we had young kids with us. Eventually, the “fix” became stacking stools from the lobby under the unit and layering towels to catch the constant dripping.\n\nThe dripping didn’t stop. The towels didn’t help. We didn’t sleep the rest of the night. Every few seconds: drip, drip, splash.\n\nThe worst part? Both the hotel and Hotels.com offered only a partial refund—a fraction of what we paid for a ruined night in an uninhabitable room.\n\nThis was not a minor inconvenience. It was a health hazard, a sleep-deprived nightmare, and a complete failure of customer service. We expected at least a dry place to sleep. Instead, we got a waterlogged bed, lies, and a pile of soggy towels. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Loved the room—they made great use of the space. Even though it's only 13 square meters, we could easily fully open both a 24L and a 28L suitcase when needed. The window view of the Skytree is amazing, especially at night. One thing I have to complain about is the bed. The edges are really soft and sink in, which makes the bed feel smaller."

"Be aware that extra pillows aren’t provided free of charge. The room only had one thick pillow (2 person room), so I went to get one more. The receptionist told me if I wanted an additional pillow, I needed to rent it for 1500 JPY per day. Free available pillows were very nasty (see photo). Room carpet, wall, shower curtain was dirty. They provided non washable slippers, they were very smelly. Bring your own slippers if you don’t want to get foot fungus. Front desk wasn’t friendly. They don’t clean the room for longer stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. View from the room was very good."
