"We stayed here for 4 nights in total. This is important to say because many guests only stay for a short time. The hotel is in an area that is popular with young people. There are many clubs, strip clubs, and other places to go out. At first, the area may look a bit strange, but in the evening and at night, it is busy and feels very safe.\n\nThe hotel looks nice from the outside. The entrance and the lobby are modern and well-decorated. In the lobby, there are many free things for guests. You can also get free drinks and food there 24 hours a day. The soups were surprisingly good — you should definitely try them.\n\nThe hotel staff speaks only a little English. They use translation apps to help with communication. This works well, and we had no problems talking to them. The staff is friendly and wants to help with everything. Our flight was very late at night, so we asked if we could check out at 8 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. They said yes, but we had to pay a bit more. That was very helpful, because we could rest before our long 26-hour trip home. Thank you!\n\nOur room was on the 6th floor, right next to the elevator. It was big enough and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Sometimes you can hear a little noise from the street, but it did not disturb our sleep. I did not wake up because of noise at any time.\n\nWe really recommend this hotel. Don’t worry — you will enjoy your stay!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was awful. I paid 70,000 ¥ for such disgusting experience. Basic things like the ceiling was just left such that all the pipes were seen. And for breakfast, no VEG accommodation. It was a very small room (hardly 5 by 6) for 3 adults. I also recommend not to visit, because the photos uploaded on some websites are just fake, and you spend 70,000¥ just to get this kind of accommodation.\n\n*And most importantly *\nDon’t pay for your room unless you go and check!!\nDon’t believe the pictures posted on some websites."

"Staff really nice and helpful, room was ok. The lobby was full of good stuff for free and it was awesome (: but the location was near all the clubs in Shinjuku in the bad way.. we didn’t like it much. But overall we had a great stay."
