"Family of four with two teenagers, stayed in the family room with bunks and a dining table. There was heaps of room for us to be really comfortable and spread out. The bunks were also quite private so you felt like you had your own little space. There was a very usable kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet. It was clean, great temperature, and the reception service was very good.\n\nIt's not a popular tourist spot in Suitengumae, which is ok if you're not wanting to stay in a big nightlife super touristy district. Despite that, it's right near the TCAT limousine bus terminal. It's 10 minutes walk from two different train lines. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants 10 min walk away. We also did a lot of walking from here, you can walk to places like Nihonbashi, Ginza, Imperial Palace, if you're keen.\n\nThe card lock took awhile to get used to. Push the button and then FIRMLY glide your card up and down over the scanner. There was some freeway noise but I suspect you get noise wherever you stay. Curtains don't block out morning sun but it didn't bother us. You need google translate on your phone to work out how to use the shower, toilet, hot water, washing machine and toaster oven."

"Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Axas Nihonbashi. The room is very clean, and the laundry is very handy. Room is incredibly spacious for Tokyo standards. Coffee available at reception.\nOnly a 5-6min walk to the nearest metro (hanzomon line) and TCAT.\n\nWe also found the best coffee spot nearby at Caffe Calmo.\n\nLovely area, lots of great restaurants and kombini's nearby."

"The hotel room is first a hallway that leads into one large living room/bedroom. The kitchen is part of the hallway. The washer/dryer combo were the biggest plus for me. They even provide tide pods. They provide free amenities like sponge and hairbrush downstairs. The bathtub is a bit cramped, and you won't be able to lay your legs all the way down. Two convenient stores nearby (1-3 minute walk). One train station is about 5 minutes away while the other is about 15 minutes. The staff while friendly aren't the most reliable. There was an issue both sending and receiving my luggage with them. Room cleaning is daily unless you request otherwise."
