Amal at the reception was cheerful and very attentive—such a warm welcome!\nWe booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Just a note: the bed sizes are more in line with Japanese standards, not the larger American ones—but still comfy. The room itself was surprisingly spacious.\n\nBreakfast came as a coupon for Doutor Café just a minute away, offering a simple set of 3 sandwich options with freshly brewed black coffee. Convenient and easy for a quick start to the day!"

"My biggest complaint was that when I booked the room, it listed two double beds and a pullout couch. This was ideal as it meant I could have one of my children in that pullout couch.\n\nPlanning for this, I listed three people in the room. When I got there, no bedding for pullout was provided. I asked and was refused any without paying a much higher price. I complained, and the hotel staff told me to put my grown child in one of the beds with an adult.\n\nNeedless to say I felt a little ripped off. Why would they advertise it without letting me use it. I rented the roon for that time, I was not destroying it and I wanted to use the listed features.\n\nThus bothered me tremendously."
