"Stay away from this trap. I booked a 4-night stay. Left after the first night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. No cushion to the mattresses and the pillows were flat. Neither my girlfriend nor I could get any sleep. The rooms are tiny, and there is no room to open a suitcase or move around. I requested a refund for the nights I wasn’t staying, but the hotel denied my request. The photos and description are deceptive. I found a new hotel, a 4-minute walk away. Similar price, much better experience. Calling this hotel a 3-star hotel is a joke. I’ve stayed in better motels in America that are of higher quality."

"Stayed 3 days 2 nights and had a great experience at Hotel Ann. I took a star off because the beds are FIRM - like rollaway cot quality and they only give you one pillow and a decorative couch pillow per day. We ended up moving the two beds together and moving the table to the side which made more room for our 2 large luggages. Extremely convenient location to Sensoji temple and Kappabashi street. There are great amenities and If we stayed a little longer, we definitely would have utilized the laundry.\n\nThe bathrooms are small - as a 5"2 female of medium build, I just fit in the shower area and could barely turn 360 in front of the toilet. If you aren't staying for too long, the hotel definitely is worth it. Good price, modern and convenient compared to other accommodation options in the area. Close to Kura Sushi, Ichiran Ramen, Don Quiote, and Benitsuru which was super convenient."

"The room was too tiny, and that wasn't matching with the description by the hotel. There's not enough space for you to open your luggage, even a smaller one was just fit.\nI'm so appreciative that they arranged a king-size bed, but the quality was awful. After staying 3 nights, I could feel my back hurt.\nYou can take this hotel basic on the price and location, if you only stay a night and you don't have any back problems."
