"I checked the website to see that the weekday free time was 12 hours, so I went. I used the service on August 5th, but the sign at the entrance said, "Saturday (surcharge) charges apply from August 3rd to 16th," which I guess is the summer rate. The free time limit was a maximum of 9 hours, and the price was higher. What's more, the website states the price includes tax, but at checkout, a 10% tax-exclusive surcharge is added. I can't accept that they charge a surcharge for half a month when it's not Obon or a long weekend.\n\nNone of this information is mentioned anywhere on the website.\n\nFrom the website\n*Prices are listed including tax.\n*The pricing system may differ during long holidays like New Year's and Golden Week.\n\nIn the end, I felt betrayed by the fact that the time was shorter than planned and they charged me a surcharge of an additional 10% tax-exclusive. I felt that the management was completely untrustworthy and unscrupulous.\n\nThe room was well-cleaned and there was a water server, but that was a bigger issue. My friend and I had to choose a room, and I couldn't go to a different hotel, so I had no choice, but I will never use this group again."
