"Good location. I stayed here for one night. Arrived late at night, front desk only had two robots!! No live staff. Their system worked well, and issuing access cards ok. Everything was closed around the neighborhood, we managed to find a restaurant nearby for food. Our room was very small and cramped, with not much space. The beds were comfortable. They provided slippers, robes, and small conveniences (toothbrushes, razors...). There's a cafe or restaurant in the back room behind the front desk area. I didn't stay long enough to explore but it seemed a clean, good facility. Since there is no live staff at the front desk, I checked out using the computer, you can store the luggage on one of the shelves in the front if you checked out early (self-help) and collect it later. It was smooth and sufficient. Just a bit creepy with the life-size mannequins!! First time I ever had a big transaction (a hotel stay) with no human interaction. 😅"

"I found this hotel from all the promos going on. We got there before the check-in time, but I was able to use their lobby luggage storage. They come with a combo lock cable. It was very easy to use. Find any security cable not attached. Wrap it around your luggage handle and place the end of the security cable back into the slot. Then, program the combo code. Then, change the code, and it should lock. The computer check-in requires you to scan your passport if you are coming from overseas. Breakfast was included in our hotel rate. The rooms were small but manageable. Beds were quite firm, like sleeping on a futon. The bathtub and shower combo was awesome because the water was super 🔥. Breakfast was the same every day, with the exception of the variation on the buns. Western style and some Japanese pastries.\nThe location was great for access to Tsukiji when compared to other hotels closer to Tsukiji."

"Great location, well located to a subway line. Easy access to DisneySea. I will mention that this hotel is the smallest from our time in Japan, and their furniture options for the room definitely do not help with the space situation (have a huge steamer? And then some random block decoration that is space-consuming and non functional). So if space in rooms is an issue for you, I might reconsider. However, service from all staff was excellent, they helped us call a taxi to the airport and were always very quick to attend when we called for assistance at the front desk (yes, robots are at the front desk, but staff are in the work room at the back). Free drinks, breakfast, and cookies, are a fantastic addition."
