"A small and cosy hotel close to the heart of Shinjuku's busy main streets. It's very quiet. There are many convenient stores and delicious restaurants close by so there is food for every type of taste. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English. The room is big enough to fit two people and two suitcases easily with a very clean room that's getting cleaned every day. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Can really recommend it to everyone who likes to live within a cosy part of Shinjuku's main street."

"Tried to change my booking from two people to one but they said it's the same rate regardless. The room is super tiny and basic. I don't know how two people would have fitted in here with two big luggages. I barely had space for one. The room is clean and had basic amenities. Fridge, desk, chair, which made it feel cramped. Washing basin is outside the bathroom, next to the door so in the bedroom it self. Despite putting up the do not disturb sign for several days, they still kept on going in the room and providing new towels every time. I thought that was completely unnecessary and bad for the environment. The location is in a side street which made it looked dodgy but in fact it wasn't. It's close to some restaurants and shops and metro but far away from any train station. I didn't love it but I guess that's what you pay for and if you only use it to rest, i suppose it's fine."

"We went there in mid-February and loved everything about it! The only thing we slightly disliked was the location, as it was a bit far from a JR station. Other than that, the place was perfect! We had a great time, everyone was so lovely and helpful. We will definitely come back in the future, for sure!\n\nP.S. We absolutely loved the cleaning lady! Every day when we went out, she came in and placed our babies in a different pose each time. We actually looked forward to see it every day!\n!"
