"The rooms are very small the bathroom is the size of the air plain bathroom, they have no\nAmenities besides the WiFi.\nEvery where you look is very old and dirty.\nThe first impression was the lobby carpet, dirty and stained.\nAlso if you have a lot of luggage or if your are 6’2” feet tall won’t fit in those rooms.\nThe only thing good is the location.\nBad experience for my kids and I."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Tokyo. Horrible facilities, especially the blankets are disaster, they put blanket on top of the cover, it separated (never saw that in any hotel) room & bathroom are incredibly small. They do NOT provide even little bottle of mineral water instead of it they force you to drink water in toilet. They economize on everything even hairdryer in room is not regular it’s little one for traveling.\nln addition: 2 times I asked reception to call the taxi , they said to me I can catch it on main road (extremely stupidity).\nI never stay in that hotel ever again.\nBy the way price for 2 nights was over 300$\nHighly recommend to not make book in that awful hotel.(don’t believe reviews on trip.com)"

"Stayed during the 2 week of March.\nThe room was very small and there was no heater in the room. The window of the room was left open, so be careful to lock in before you leave the room. Lighting of the room was dim.\nWhen we asked if we could have an early check in at 2pm, the lady at the concierge said we have to pay extra (typical check in time is at 3pm). Did not even make the effort to say that they could accommodate if there are rooms available if we are back at around 2pm. Saving grace is that they offered us free luggage storage before we could check-in.\nDecided to change hotel after 1 night of stay there."
