"Absolutely loved my stay here. I booked a King room on the club floor (34; the hotel occupies floors 30-36) and it was great. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and the service was exceptional. The guest rooms are all incredibly quiet, as there are large, thick glass doors between the elevator bays and all guest rooms. I also want to note that of any hotel I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world, the water pressure here is INCREDIBLE. It was like being under a powerful waterfall every time I took a shower and I loved it. The entire hotel staff goes out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The hotel is also centrally located and is just a few short stops away to Tokyo station. The fitness facilities are first rate, with a massive pool and a gym that has a full complement of weights and Technogym machines. I can't wait to come back to Tokyo and I would absolutely stay here again!"
