"Did not feel very welcoming, and it was quite difficult to understand the room system as it was only in Japanese. Once we got into the room the experience was delightful! Very clean and interesting room with plenty of amenities and a nice big bathtub for two people. Renting items from your room works flawlessly. Food through the ordering system was okay, but no vegan options so remember to bring your own snacks!\n\nOverall a great experience for the cost."

"Very unique and clean rooms compared to the low price! You can order anything from cosplay outfits to uno cards to your room, there was a big selection. Perfect for couples needing to stay in a place for a few hours or one night. Only minus is that if you don’t understand japanese it is pretty hard to figure out how to check in and the staff aren’t that interested in helping out. Otherwise we had a really nice stay and I definitely recommend!"

"I got here with two of my friends and they were really racist towards us. Two of us were brown people and they really didn't seem to like our presence. They also gave us the biggest, most expensive room. It was honestly too big for us, and somehow they still managed to makes us uncomfortable telling us "we we're too many people and we could not invite anyone else", we were not planning on inviting anyone else but it was a weird thing to say since the room they gave us was for 6+ people. When we wanted to extend our stay, the woman in the counter yelled at us saying "there was no room for us" infront of other guests. It was really humilliating, I had never been treated in such a racist way before."
