"This hotel is kind of a steal as with this price in Shinjuku, you usually only get a capsule bed, but here, you get to have your own private bedroom, and a shared bathroom. It is pretty exclusive as well as there isn't much room, so be sure to book it quick. I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was only 1 night. The room is designed the traditional Japanese tatami style, there is a matters on the bamboo carpeted floor and everything is situated on the floor, including the table and chairs, which I think is perfect as I get to experience the traditional Japanese living. Remember to take a tray to place your luggage on the delicate bamboo floor and change into their slippers downstairs before entering your room. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful by providing me with informations on how to return to Narita Airport with the cheapest option. He is also able to communicate fluently in English. The showers and bathroom are on separate floors, and you have to manually switch on the wifi in your room. The wifi was really quick thankfully. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious and clean. I didn't get to try their breakfast as it was a Sunday but I got some delicious fresh out the oven pastries. I was really grateful that on the day I left, the receptionist gave me an umbrella as it was raining."

"I have stayed here start of this month around 6-7 days. Here are the points I would like to highlight.\n\n1. As it's a Japanese inn it will have Tatami on floor as a traditional one. For me smell of that was very weird on first day and was very uncomfortable to stay in hotel was wanted to change the hotel. But, as on the second day it was setteled then was very comfortable. So, if possible try to get room with bed.\n2. Rooms were little bit small but it's common in Tokyo.\n3. It's in quite place So you will be very comfortable while relaxing and can get good night sleep.\n4. Comfortable location as it's very nearby Yotsuya and ichigaya stations. Many important sightseeing places are easily accessible.\n5. Breakfast was terrific and hotel operator is cooperative.\n6. Shared bath so you should consider little bit extra time for bath but in my stay I didn't faced any issue.\n7. TV in room only had Japanese channels and only around 9-10 I guess.\n8. Only unxpected thing happened on last day where hotel operator said they won't serve any breakfast on Sunday. There was No intimation of it while booking. many of my friends were staying at other hotels in Japan but they didn't faced this issue."

"TERRIBLE\n\nI have never had a worse experience with a hotel in my life! Would rate 0 stars if I could. Emailed them before my check out time that I was not able to check in for a MEDICAL emergency and they charged me anyways, have been talking to them back and forth for weeks to no avail. Awful customer service and left me disgusted that they cared more about money than someone’s life being saved."
