"I booked a stay but had to cancel due to an airline strike. The manager was courteous in communication, but there was no flexibility offered - no rebooking, credits, or partial refund - even with several days' notice. Policies were followed to the letter, but in unusual situations, a little flexibility can go a long way in leaving guests eager to return. It felt like policies over people; friendliness without true kindness. A reminder to be cautious in both business and travel."

"The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, but they kindly let us store our luggage earlier. It’s a small building with several floors—I stayed on the 9th floor, which seemed to be the top floor. There’s an elevator, and the room was quite spacious, suitable for 4 people. It had a living area with a TV, and the bathroom and toilet were separated. The bathroom had a washing machine, and the bathtub area had a built-in dryer that could help dry clothes—usually it’s used for ventilation, but it can be switched to drying mode. The bathtub also had temperature control. Pajamas were also provided, which was a nice touch."

"Pros\n- Amenities and towels provided\n- Quiet area and nice view of Tokyo SkyTree from front facing rooms\n- Clean\n- Friendly English-speaking staff. We were always greeted as we walked in to the building.\n- Big fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric hob meant we could prepare small meals and store food. Although the kitchenette is very compact.\n\nCons\n- They do not make your bed every time the room is serviced, just once for every 5 nights. Housekeeping just change the bins and top up the towel supply. The beds were not made although we stayed over 5 nights and this was promised.\n- Location is not amazing (10+ minutes walk to the closest station) but in a quiet area.\n- The room we stayed in was quite small for 3 adults. Little floor space.\n- Had to ask multiple times for the toilet roll to be replaced in the room. We were directed to take the half used roll from the public toilet in the reception which was not enough. Low quality paper meant more was needed. A full spare roll should be provided when the room is serviced."
