"Ideally located with excellent access to JR and metro stations, this hotel is perfect for exploring tourist attractions and shopping districts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the public bath is exceptional, and the service is outstanding. I stayed here for two parts of my trip, with a flight to Sapporo in between, and the hotel kindly stored my luggage at no extra cost. Remarkably, an item I lost during my first stay was promptly returned by the staff upon my return. Highly recommended!"

"Location: Subway that connects other popular areas is literally just around the corner (it's less than 1 minute walk to it). This means that you can reach all the touristy areas within 30 minutes (walk+subway), which is great! There is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor for any midnight snacks or smoothies.\n\nService: The staff are kind and helpful, the reception is open 24/7 and they went above and beyond during every interaction.\nThey have an option of not cleaning the room (I.e. changing the sheets) daily, which I find amazing as it saves everyone the unnecessary hassle. You do get clean towels daily, which is perfectly sufficient (and more eco friendly) in my opinion.\nThere is also a laundry area, so you can do your own laundry - washing was free, tumble drying was charged (pay coins to the machine)\n\nRooms: There's a welcome (complimentary) snack waiting for you in the room, the room is also equipped with everything needed (shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, slippers, pyjamas, dental kit, shaving kit ...).\nThe room is not a massive one, but from reading other reviews around Tokyo, this seems to be a standard size. It was big enough for 2 people not to walk over each other and we were able to open the suitcase.\n\nSpa: The public baths and sauna were clean, the area around them was also kept clean and tidy. The sauna is set to 100°C and is scented (lemongrass and something else).\n\nOverall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Stay here was absolutely great. The onsen was lovely, the staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to Akihabara! The 7-11 being attached right below also was super appreciated for those rainy mornings where we wanted breakfast but didn't want to walk to a cafe."
