"Dormy Inn was a great experience! The hotel rooms are mostly made of wood. The hotel room might look old and dull at first glance. But you will be delighted to know that the rooms are full of technology and amenities. There is a lot of free amenities, food and drinks in the hotel. For instance, Free ice cream at night, Free ramen (9:30 PM-11:00 PM) and free Sports drink (Aquarius) in the spa and free energy drink (RealGold).\nThe breakfasts are decent but should not be repetitive. Every day, the food is 95% the same. I recommend changing dishes every day or alternative days as it you can get sick of it.\nHotel is wallet friendly and worth it.\n4.5/5 Stars"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient and just a minute or two walk from the heart of Ikebukuro. I especially love the onsen facilities here which were clean, well-kept, and spacious.\n\nThe room itself was perfect for my needs, however my only complaint was that the bathroom was not entirely clean when I checked in and there were noticeable crumbs left by the previous guest on the floor of the bathroom when I first entered."

"During my consecutive stays under two separate bookings at your hotel, I duly paid the double occupancy surcharge as required. However, during the second check-in, the staff not only rudely refused our request for an extra blanket by making a cross gesture with their arms, but also failed to offer any apology or explanation. When following up the next day, they deliberately ignored the previous note, and another staff member displayed an even more hostile attitude. This series of disrespectful acts severely violates Japanese standards of hospitality and has left me deeply offended."
