"The hotel is incredibly accommodating. Our family didn't speak any Japanese and did a lot of goofy hand signs to get by and was met with nothing but understanding and humor. Food is amazing. Hot springs are very much up to par. Would visit again! Pro tip: There are a English/Chinese/Korean flyers that give some really great tips on getting things like 3 day train passes and other handy touristy things. Yes, there are some Japanese exclusive prices as a result of the delta, but that's to be expected."

"Hotel is close to hatchobori station and the subway. However there is limited view from the window. The rooms are small and there is open air hall in the hallways near the rooms. The onsen is not big but has basic facilities including a laundry house. The front desk and the main road is a staircase apart from each other please take the elevator on your left"

"When you arrive on the first floor you will have to go up to the second floor for the front desk. You can pay for the buffet at the desk or put it on the tab and pay once at the checkout. At night you can go to the same area for the free noodles. There are many convenience around if you want food in your room.\n\nThey have many vending machines for drinks, and you get free water bottles as well. Their laundry room has four small washers that automatically dispense detergent so you don't need to put anything in, and also works without coins. There are also four small dryers - these you need coins to operate.\n\nThe rooms are small but there are shelves around, especially the one behind your bed to maximize your space. Overall great place to stay even if you don't use their hot springs.\n\nThe location is great for Tokyo Disney. The staff were very kind. Their English was pretty good. Overall great experience."
