"Really enjoyed this hotel and from what I've read, the room size was large for Tokyo. The room was spacious, the bathroom/wet room was big. The staff were fantastic, allowing us to store luggage before check in, provided laundry service, the location was great, near to restaurants and bars but not close that it was noisy. There was a train station about a 3 minute walk away. Parking was available and we used it one night. The view wasn't exactly great and the bed was quite hard. Would definitely recommend and would stay again as long as the bed was a bit more comfortable. Very good value for money in my opinion."

"We stayed 3 nights at Tokyo City Hotel N.U.T.S. in Shinjuku. The room was okay a bit small and plain, with no real decor and cost around ¥23,000 per night for 3 people. For that price, you’d expect more, especially since it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from Shinjuku Station.\n\nThe service was disappointing. Check-in was self-service, and the staff didn’t offer much help at all. During checkout, the woman at the front desk was visibly annoyed and unfriendly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, one of our ceiling lights broke on the day we checked in, and even after asking multiple times, no one came to fix it during our entire stay.\n\nWouldn’t really recommend unless you’re okay with minimal service and don’t mind walking a bit to get to the main station."

"The person cleaning our rooms didn't even bother changing sheets or cleaning the room, there was floss and hair on the sheets and in the bathroom from previous tenants!! It seems like people have different experiences in the main building but we were sent off into the secondary building down the street where the cleanliness is not up to standards! Disgusting!"
