"Abysmal service.\n\nThey make you pay if you drop your locker keys after check-out time, even if you had already left your room before check-out time. They don’t care about whether you respected their business and the cleaning of the rooms. It’s a matter of principle. You give your keys after 10AM ? You pay.\n\nThey won’t keep your luggage after check-out, even though they have a BUNCH of space and luggage and stuff lying everywhere on the different floors (hostel-style, so it’s a free mess).\n\nI wouldn’t go but if you still do, quick tip : the hotel is actually open access, so just leave your luggage and all your stuff somewhere on a floor and give your keys before 10AM. That way, you don’t have to pay anything, and you do have a place where to lay your stuff. Screw them.\n\nQuick notice : bathroom is an onsen-like room, so no privacy at all. And the capsules are old, the curtains are worn-out and see-through. Not much privacy there either."

"👎🏼Did not like my stay here and would not recommend. The temperature in the rooms and capsules is extremely high. The air filteration was not good in the capsule as well.\n\n👎🏼 I could not leave my bag here after my stay for a couple of hours and when I asked the reception people were not pleased with the question at all.\n\n👍🏼 The bathing area was fine and they provide you with lots of free self care products: eartips, combs, etc.\n\n👍🏼 They also give you a cool pyjama to hang out in!"
