"The location is great! There are ample amenities, but the capsules themselves are very dated. The air vent inside of the capsule does nothing, and when i had the privacy shade down, it became very hot and stuffy.\nI would have liked more bathing options besides the men's public bath, i prefer privacy when I bathe, but you do what you have to do.\nIt was a fun experience, but they could do with some quality of life improvements overall."

"Would I stay here again. yes. But I wouldn't stay for a long time.\n\nI needed somewhere quick to stay a couple nights. This place was absolutely the cheapest place. ( you get what you pay for). I came in with no expectations. It was busy!! I was surprised how large it Is. Checking in was simple enough and fast as I wasn't expecting much. the staff was dealing with a lot of people so they were just go go going and it was fine. It takes a little bit of getting used to taking your shoes off, how the elevator works, but once you're in it's fine. lobby is kind of dirty and you do this sort of no touch shuffle but its fine its not disgusting. When you get into the pod area and change room is not bad. You have to go up the elevator to the sleeping area, it can get packed. Pod was just fine you're sleeping in the pod you just sleep. The washroom area and wash up area was packed!!! busy!!! and kind of worn out.. Get in get out, naked people. it was interesting seeing the people that were there from all over the world. the men and the women can mingle in the common area but it's extremely busy. Kind of like a busy food court, but everyone's wearing pyjamas. or Was it more like a prison? Location, I wasn't too fond of the area as it's kind of the red light district so walking outside is not calm you walk right into crazy party. When I was coming into the building, there was girls dressed up in sexy outfits and then five minutes later there was a big fight with Police, but it's Japan, so nothing happened. Would I stay here again. yes. But I wouldn't stay for a long time."

"Absolutely GARBAGE place.\nI would give it a -1 rating if I could!\nI am so regretting we booked this place.\nStaff is unfriendly borderline hostile. The place is dirty, they make you take your shoes off (which is common in Japan) but they don’t provide free slippers like most other places, they charge you for some trash ones.\nThe mattress is paper thin, so damn uncofortable. And they kick you out from 11 am to 3 pm which is unheard off being that you are paying to stay.\nThis place should honestly go bankrupt for real!\n\nOverall, an awful place with some awful atmosphere. I 100% percent don’t recommend unless you are very young and are in a tight budget.\nEDIT: the announcements are loud and constant, like someone else mentioned sounds out of Squid Game. Also to make us all leave for “private” reasons sounds sketchy at best."
