"I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Japan. For a country known for its hospitality, this hotel had none. The staff didn’t even greet us with a simple hello. It felt like the place was run by robots rather than people.\n\nThere was no sense of care or service for guests. The check-in process was also quite slow. The rooms were very small, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to shower comfortably. It was clean and had basic amenities, though.\n\nOne good thing was that the tap water was safe to drink, so there was no need for bottled water. However, charging a phone was difficult as there was only one port, and it required an extra connector.\n\nBreakfast had many seafood options, but there were hardly any choices for vegetarians or people who don’t eat seafood.\n\nOverall, there’s nothing impressive about this hotel. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.\n\nThank you."

"A few hundreds meters from train station. Staffs were nice. Near lots of convenient stores and food stores. They also provide custom bath salt making at the lobby which I personally love.\n\nLifts are quite slow at peaked hours. Rooms are not quite spacious but it’s alright:) There are washing and drying machines but bad quality ones. I dried my clothes 2 times but they are still wet, waste of money."

"Location in proximity to train station esp for catching a flight back to Narita is a huge plus. Staff was attentive and kind when we checked in.\n\nThe actual system of needing a physical key and not a key card was a definite downside though as there was two of us and this limited our ability to easily split up if needed.\n\nBed was the least comfortable of the hotels we stayed in but that's probably to be expected as it was a Hollywood twin.\n\nMy partner also made it a running joke that it was the only place without a heated bidet when even the top of a mountain we climbed had one that was heated.\n\nOverall, fine for a cheap stay but would probably limit it to two nights max like we did"
