"If you're looking for a comfortable bed, this hotel is not it. After hours of tossing and turning on what felt like a literal rock, I gave up and went home on first train.\n\nThe staff is friendly enough, but the service isn't great. There was old food in the refrigerator when we arrived, and when we asked for a few additional pillows, they would only give us two.\n\nThe location is in the middle of Korea town, which is really convenient. However, as others have said, the hotel has no sound insulation. You can hear everything on the street outside. I stayed in another hotel in the past that was on the same street, and it didn't have this problem. It seems like the building is probably just really old.\n\nThe room itself is fine. It was clean other than the fridge, and the AC worked really well.\n\nNot being able to sleep AT ALL is a deal breaker though. I will never be back, and I don't recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable bed, which I'm assuming is most people."

"Best hotel , simply the best just like the name . Location nearby Shin Okubo Station so just few minutes walk from here .\n\nThe staff also very friendly , we cant connect to wifi at first . But they lend us the portable wifi which is really great cause we can bring it outside too ."

"Rooms were dirty with stained carpets and odd rooms where you hit your head on random pillars while sleeping. AC unit is very old and room is musty and smelly, great location and very helpful and friendly staff, helped us get a refund! This should not be priced the way it is in any universe."
